Ideal Thickness Range
Before embryo transfer, the uterine lining, or endometrium, is expected to reach a certain thickness and structure. This condition is one of the most important factors directly affecting the embryo's chance of implantation. Generally, an ideal endometrial thickness of 7 mm to 14 mm is preferred. Most clinical and scientific studies indicate that endometria with a thickness of 8 mm or more yield more favorable results in terms of pregnancy rates. However, this is a threshold value, and successful pregnancies can sometimes be achieved with endometria around 7 mm.
