IVF Treatment
Eggs and sperm are brought together in our world-class laboratory and the resulting embryo is transferred to the uterus — the cornerstone of fertility treatment.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is the most established and effective treatment in reproductive medicine: eggs are collected with a fine needle, fertilized with sperm in the laboratory, and the resulting embryo is transferred to the uterus. We have performed this treatment since 1995, and it has brought millions of families worldwide together with their children.
At our center, every cycle is planned with a protocol tailored to you, taking into account your hormone levels, ovarian reserve and previous treatment history. Embryo development is monitored day by day in our world-class laboratory by our experienced embryology team.
When is IVF recommended?
- Blocked or absent fallopian tubes
- Unexplained infertility
- Endometriosis
- Low ovarian reserve
- Failed IUI (insemination) attempts
How does the process work?
Treatment takes about 2-3 weeks: after 8-12 days of ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval is performed painlessly under light sedation. Following fertilization, the best-quality embryo is transferred on day 3-5; the result is confirmed with a pregnancy test 12 days later.
Under the age of 35, the success rate per transfer is around 50%. Our center is SGK-contracted; for eligible couples a significant portion of the treatment cost is covered.
